Unauthorized charge!

I received unwanted files within the email for Expert's Benefit, I attempted to gain access to them on the internet but I required a code that they didn't supply, On my present declaration dated November I've an unauthorized cost guide quantity 5819 for that quantity of 59.95. I plan to spend the total amount without the 59.95 and have one to advise Vetaranis Benefit that I don't enjoy them getting me for anything I've not requested for or approved.
