Wrong person, Harrassing on cell, job and now husband's business

I've never heard about the corporation till oneday a note was left on my cell phone number, how they first got it I don't understand. The concept mentioned if this is actually the wrong individual, please hang-up! Duh, how will you hang-up when the individual calling is making a note. They got the "not dangling" like a signal I had been the individual these were calling. I'm not. You will find two others with my first name/preliminary and last name. I've attempted to contact many times to express they've the incorrect person. I've left messages together. Today I've their quantity under-do not reply on my cell. Somehow they followed down among my partners businesses and named his assistant many times each day for over per week. Also bad they did not get my spouseis different company quantity as he's an authorized laywer, in addition to a judge. Obviously my partner thought I'd lied to him of a debt. I assured him used to do not and needed to convince him I had been showing the reality. I investigated and discovered equally charge cards I'd a couple of years previously have been compensated entirely and equally shut, at my demand!
