Charged 6,500 without any Service and delaying the refund

We going to begin a company, we request that organization to create us business offfice, develop corporate credit rating, EIN, they requesting 8,060. It therefore occur our cards includes a borrowing limit. We still possess the stability, they stated that they cant make any support. We've to cover the total amount. We chose to stop it following day. That businesses state okay they'll cancell it. Its September and today Nov. They offered plenty of reason-they stated that they simply gonna send a check, but no check was deliver, therefore we choose to document challenge, they stated however they didnt granted it. I had been wondering why. I request the card business within Asia, the key reason why is bec, they make support, They stated that they cant make service I still have to have the stability. Why they gonna refused my despute.

I been asking them when they make a move towards the organization, they not reacting or delivering us any doc within Japan. Each time Im speaking with thenm its in running of the financial institution, they simply stated tht they'll return the cash. They continue alibying to wait the reimbursement. I contact them again They stated that they'll get 10% of the total amount for that procesing of refund. I dont believe when they want to get 10 of the total amount, because its their faul they keep slowing it.
