Ripoff consumer fraud deceptive company

In January that's when our trouble with Ocwen started. We were late on a payment so we called them to let them know we were sending a check for our late payment, they told us to send that payment in and they would work with us.

Three or four weeks later we get our check back and a letter saying that we needed to send them more to cure the default. When we talked to Ocwen in that earlier (3/4 weeks prior) phone call, they said they would work with us, and it was ok to send that one payment.

They put us in foreclosure in March after runing us around for weeks. Their resolutionest we were asigned, didn't work with us in a timely fashion so we were forced to file for bankruptcy, even though we pleaded with them that we had the money to reinstate our loan, and was on our way to wire it, they would NOT give us anymore time.

Now we are waiting to see if we are with out a home!: (
