Ripoff Stole Money From My Account SCAM

I was called and offered an unsecured Mastercard and all I had to do was authorize a debit of $29.95 out of my bank account. Today I discover that there have been TWO debits of my account... One for $59.95 and another for $99.95.

I never authorized these amounts to be paid and am now out $159.90. Is there any way to have this problem resolved? I am going to my bank tomorrow to close my account and open a new one. At least this will stop the withdrawals. Hopefully there will be some type of restitution made for these crimes.
