My complaint involves ABLAC's handling of a claim on credit disability insurance.

I have been in litigation with ABLAC for years... Basically, i am interested in similar claims involving the definition of "disorders" as it appears in ABLAC applications... Particularly, claims based under the old TX insurance code (prior to 2001)... I would be thankful for copies of: 10-30yr; 1997-to present; ABLAC credit disability policies, applications, and claims...

I am also interested in experiences with banks making representations toward the sale of ABLAC policies...

Hey, I'm a disabled veteran who has been through 2 marriages, lost my home and 156 acres of land because of ABLAC... I know ABLAC pain... ABLAC is a soulless corporation, borne from the root of all evil, and naked of the protection in the Gospel... There is no forgiveness. ABLAC will be before a souled jury within 2 months... Having kicked and screamed the whole way.
