Unexplained credit card charge!

I simply exposed my charge card record and there is a fee for $11.99 to some business out-of CT named Great Enjoyment. I have never heard about them and not requested from their store, therefore I searched them up online. Evidently, they've completed this to your large amount of people, and what is much more frightening is the fact that I've no idea how they've gotten my charge card #. Is not this a crime of some kind? In the end, they're TAKING from numerous people...
