Steven Gaines - Jeff West Hustlers in Debt Recovery with Robotic Personnel! How Have They Not Been Busted?

Two aggressive men with a fantastic story, sought out and convinced my boss that they - with their lawyer (a relative of theirs, of course) could recover monies from a previous customer of ours that already had a judgement against him from a real lawyer. They made up fantastic, filthy language conversations that they supposedly had with this individual that owes us and said they had conversations with the said person's lawyer as well. They claimed it had now become a personal vindetta for them as well. My boss sent them a check for $6,200.00 with a promise that this would be expedited and they would be available for any and all problems throughout this relationship. That was the last we ever spoke to a human being.

We have emailed faxed, and called too often to count. A robotic voice answers the phone but only has a limited vocabulary. "Are you a customer? What is your case or customer number, and what is your phone number in case we are disconnected." The voice cannot appropriately respond to any other words and does not try to. We tried yesterday to call every five minutes to see what would happen, and without any change the voice repeats these questions, places you on hold and never comes back. Eventually they removed the phone from the hook.

It has been more than six months and absolutely no response from this company in any way shape or form. We have finally notified our attorney to prosecute them (CII). Don't let this be you.
