NON-Working Phone Numbers

For the last 24 hours, my husband has been to attempting to make a deliquent payment by phone or online. Nothing he does to contact ASC has work. This includes calling several of the "phone Numbers" setting up an online payment accoont, etc. If these people are serious about collecting a debt, they should manning the phones, at sometime, during the day, This was after a long telephone conversation with ASC to make arranagements to pay the deliquent amont, and regain a hoild on the situation. They are either working from "virtual" offices, which means that no one is there, and they only work the weekends, or they've completely shut their phone systems down. We are just beleagered and weary.
