We were starting our third buisness venture and needed to get incorporatated, we visited the website inc123.com, a site that is administered by John F. Martin. This order was placed on Sat Oct 13 10:50: 31 EDT 2007. On the internet web form We were asked provided PERSONAL INFORMATION like our;

We paid a total of; $346.85 and never recieved service
The company message inicated we will have the fullfillment of the service in approximatley 2 weeks and that If there are any questions about this order please send email to support@inc123.com or call 727-784-1458 ext 22 during business hours
ACTION: we have called daily, emailed daily, with no succsess. We began or reserch only to discover the following.
This company was admisistrativley dissolved in the past.
On the bizwiz.com website the published contact information for the company has a disconnected Fax and Phone, the website has inactive links to other pages. The Address on thier corporation filing document is Bogus. The resident there is not John F. Martin or the company. We finally found a cell phone on a letter he wrote to the state requeting his four companies to be reinstated.
