I paid for shipment of a free ebay toolkit which I never got then they charged me $60 11 days after signing up and then for another month. I thought that I was paying for some other stuff that I ordered but when I called the number I was surprised to find out that I was paying for a web service they said they provided me. I told them that I never saw the web page and never used it. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't give me one. They were willing to cancel subsequent charges only.
