Micheal Price is one to avoid he will do what ever it takes to make you think he's helping you, but to make a long story short he will forge doc's.

I was in the mist of working on getting a loan through another broker and he said he could do much beter for me. He told me that there was going to be no brokerage costs other then if we were to close on a morgage. He then told my wife and I had to sign several papers that he needed to be able to speak with lenders and that he needed us to sign to give him promission to speak with them. He asked me to get certain documents that I told him up front that I could not get and he said that I should talk to several accountants to get the documents he needed or I was not going to be able to get a refinance. I asked Mike several times if It was viable to get a refinance and he said not inless I were to get theses documents from any accountant.

Then I received a letter in the mail from Mike Price that said I owed him $30,000 dollars and I never was told by him after asked several times that a morgage company gave us a commitment. As well when my wife and I signed the documents he asked us to sign to be able to help us he at a later entered numbers that were not in the documents previosly to my wife and I signing them...

Golddotfunding.com are all crook's and all who are thinking about doing business with him watch out get a copy of the doc's before he leaves your home, We did not have a copy machine to make copies so he took the papers and added commision fees that we never would have signed knowing that he was going to charge us a fee. Even if we desided not to take the loan.
