Is a scam. It is not a credit card. It is a catalogue merchandise account. There is no line of 2,000. As promised. They want 200. For nothing

Ameritrust Financial is a scam. It is not a credit rebuilder as they claim. They prey on innocent people who are in debt. Hoping that for $200. They can get the 2,000. Line of credit. After talking to a representive who spoke fast and tried to confuse me it seemed. I repeatedly asked is this a credit card. He said yes and u can even take out a cash advance of 1000. I asked 5 times. After faxing paperwork back and forth to them and giving them my checking account. Only to find out it was a scam and a merchandise catalogue only. I did not want it. The representative at time told me the $200. Was unrefundable. And there was nothing i could do. They ran it through my checking account anyway.

That was 7 months ago yesterday I got a letter in the mail from a check recovery service saying I owed them $650. For a dishonored check. I had no idea what it could be. They told me Ameritrust Financial had run it through my Account. Now the women at the check recovery service said that if i do not pay this $650. They are sending the information to an attorney and I could be arrested for writting a dishonest check. I will fight this I will get an attorney and sue Ameritrust Financial for Fraud.
