After the initial $200 fee to activate the account, i was suspicious. It didn't end there. They took an unauthorized $150 yesterday and that sent my account into a negative balance, thus i accrued an overdraft fee as well. Some debt re-establishment service! I have lost $500 through them and they do not answer the phone, nor have i even gotten the "credit card!"
