Took money out in full, no warning, breach of contract!

We are a military family, and got stuck in a motel for 2 weeks while transferring to a new duty station, military paid for 4 days of travel so we had to find loans quick in order to have a place to stay, we found oneclickcash. BIG MISTAKE.

We set up a payment plan, $90.00 each paycheck or month I don't remember, and all of a sudden they take out $390.00 from our account, the full amount of the loan, all at once, and we call thinking it was a mistake. Nope they stated their lawyers advised them to take out ALL military loans in FULL because of a new law passed to put a cap on military interest percentage rates. We had absolutly no notice prior to them doing this, and we argued that prior loans, before Oct 1st, we not effected by this law only loans afterwards, so they had no right to take the money in full with no notice.

We are now in a heap of debt and with all the overdraft fee's, cannot pay another loan we owe on and they are threatening to default the whole loan all together over ONE missed payment and this is just a terrible situation to be in, especially with a baby and no way to get any money to feed her for another 2 weeks. We have filed with both the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, but havn't heard anything back yet, since it was a breach of contract we are hoping we can get our money back plus the overdraft fee's they caused. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY they WILL rip you off, there's no doubt about it. Also a little note, for everytime the transaction comes back to them with insufficient funds in your bank, they ad on another $90.00 to your loan, we have gotten 2 $90.00 fee's. Beware!
