Dishonest stole $45 of my money single parent of two consumer rip-off fraud

I received their offer in the mail. Since I was trying to establish new credit I did decided to respond until I received the same offer with my new address. I decided to check the web and well of course I found out I was out of $45. I'm a single parent of two and don't have the best credit. My goal is to purchase a home in a few years, and I thought this would be a good start to rebuilding my credit. What a mistake.
