Ripoff sent money for catalogs to be prepared and didn't get them they got the money I got nothing

Halifax Communication sent by mail to me a form to work from home. There was 4 different groups to purchase to prepare their catalogs i purchased group 4 at $195.00 on july 12.
I have check with The bank and the check (cashiers) has already been cashed. Still have NOT recieved any material to prepare their catalogs.
