Ripoff

I normally don't write stuff on the internet but I had no choice after reading some of the remarks about stay at home moms.

I am one due to the fact that my husband works out of town in the construction business. I am trying to start my own business out of my home something my children can be involved in. As far as the work involved in keeping up my home it is work.in most relationships where both parents work outside the home the work load is shared. But with stay at home moms they take care of everything dealing with the home and the children.

I use to be in a management position but can no longer do that. Do you people think it is easy trying to get credit when you don't work. No it's not. I called a furniture store trying to get a washer and dryer and they actually told me that because I don't work I can't get credit, that my husband would have to fill out all the paperwork.

Guess what he doesn't get off until after they close. To me that is a form of discrimnation, I did receive the Peoples Credit First form in the mail but decided to look it up on the internet. I was very close to sending it in. I do want my own credit.

To those of you who put down stay at home moms you need to shut up until you've been there. Most of us have been in the work field but most of you haven't been in our shoes. I don't tell my children they are work cause they are not. But keeping up the house and yard is work. You can't call in sick because you don't feel good you still have to do the work. Or if you want a day off how do you take a vacation day - you don't!
