Ripoff deceptive company

I have just found your website and have read a few of the reports. They all sound familiar. Over a year ago we had a payment that was stolen from us by the person who worked the lock boxes where payments are sent.

This was proven because the us postmaster said we could not prosecute someone for doing their job.

She deposited our money in her private account. Conseco should be liable for this since her company was contracted out to process the mail.

They would not do anything to her or reimburse our money. Then in july we sent 2 payments. One was posted to our account the other was cashed by conseco but not posted to our account.

We have been fighting for over a year to get them to post it. Between several different numbers called, several faxed copies, mailed copies conseco still has failed to post this to our account.

We still receive harrassing phone calls from them every month. I have had enough of their transfering my call or giving me "we do not handle that here but let me give you a number where you can be helped" and when called the same answer comes from them.

I finally had a few people that began to investigate them and when called back, they no longer work there.

I am going to try to taked some further steps in this matter and i hope that this will be taken care of because i am not going to keep paying interest on a payment that they have received but are unwilling to post.

I have done some checking and found out that conseco is on the brink of bankruptcy.

I should would not doubt that since they seem to harrass all their customers.
