Fairbanks Capital Corp Loan Servicing Center is a ripoffl attempting to extort money by claiming they are owed money, but can't explain why that money is owed to them. Rip-off scam dirt bags Jacksonville Florida...

Fairbanks Captial, aka Loan Serviceing Center, claims every month for the last 6, that they have not received my mortgage payment.

However, every month my bank shows that the check has cleared. I first suspected that this fraud outfit just wanted to collect late fees, but they are now threatening foreclosure.

I have repeatedly asked for someone to explain why they think I owe them money, but no one can answer that question. I appealed to the BBB, but they GAVE UP dealing with unFairbanks Crapital.

I asked for the name and number of an employee with the training and authority to look into and fix the problem, but apparently there is no such person working for unFairbanks!

Their first explanation was that the interest rate had changed. Later, they said it was an insurance issue, but yet another employee said the insurance was fine.

Based on the number of web sited dedicated to reporting on unFairbanks' abuses, you would think the government would intervene. Do a keyword search and see for yourself! Where are the state Attorney Generals? Where is the FTC? Is there anyone out there?
