Versadebt, Debtsafe, Debtsuites Bigtime Ripoff

I was contacted by this company September 22 with the promise of getting all my credit cards changed to a fixed rate, quicker payoff and $3000 in savings immediately. I was to be charged $990.00 for this service which they said would be taken from my card when the services were rendered. They promptly took the money from my cards.

I had to call the next week for the promised package they wanted me to fill out to reduce my credit card rates and they then asked for me to give them all my interest bearing accounts including my house, cars ect. I should of know it was a scam then.

Days later I received the so called package which was only a piece of paper saying they would attempt to lower my rates and per their terms and conditions page written in writing so small I had to use a magnifying glass they could change the terms and conditions at anytime and you agreed if you signed and sent the paper back and logged on to their site (which states you agree to their terms and conditions also in writing so small its hard to see or read their also.

I have called repeatedly to ask for my money back and told that I would have it in 7-10 days. That was 18 days and counting now ago. They refuse to give me a physical address which I did find on the internet but suspect that too is fraudualent and given names such as "Smith and Jones" when I asked who I speaking with.

I had a supposed supervisor get belligerent with me when I told her I had recorded all conversations with them to protect myself.

Please beware of this company of many names and numbers as I would lay odds they are scam artists.
