Captial First, 1st Lied, 2nd Would not return my call, 3rd I never got my card because there is NO CARD to get!

In august i received the call saying i had been approved for a $2500.00 m.C., i asked is this a master card a real m.C. Called them on the 9-5-02 2x no answer, called on 9-6-02 talk w/jamal? Crystal again and by the 3rd person i was getting hung up on because i was demanding a manager, 4th call the boy said he could not connect on computer. Call 9-7-02 get super. On the phone tells me i went over 7 days. Told her i was callin/and that they would give me back my money, said they could give back 99.95 but 59.95 they would keep because already gone through no i will get it to. I am legal asst.

Go to the bank sign fraud affidavit, i look up flordia stas;i am contacting bbb. Ok -bbb. Fl-state rep-fl; ccc-fl; govn-fl; as well as filing for fraud, misrept., and solicit.

Everyone contact your state bbb and state resprest. Goven. And the corp comm. Also. What they are doing is a preexisting contract (does not exist) and is not bound by law as long as good faith can be shown by you (tell phone record) also they wand the reading material back before credit no i paid 29.95 that this and cards but if you do get refund send cert. Mail...
