I authorized 500Fastcash to withdraw $140 of $300 loan, they withdrew $390 - they admitted mistake then gave me the run around for 2 days without fixing their error

I had authorized 500FastCast to withdraw $140 of a $300 loan (with $90 fee) and they withdrew the entire $390. I had a copy of my agreement and called them. The gal I talked to on the phone went to her manager showed her my paperwork and admitted over the phone it was 500Fastcash's error and if I faxed them my bank statement it would be corrected within 2 hours.

Well, 3 1/2 hours later nothing was done and I called again and they said it was waiting to be looked at and it was after 4 P.M. So nothing could be done that day anyway and that gal shouldn't have said it would be done within 2 hours. There was nothing I could do at this point.

In the morning I received an email from 500Fastcash saying they needed more information, I sent the information, oh but wait, they needed additional information on top of that, which they should have told me the first time I called them. What a bunch of crap. Then I called again and they were telling me I have to wait four business days, well I had had it with them by them and told them to keep the money and I would be calling a lawyer, and filing a claim with the BBB.

Actually it's a small claim, as I now have NSF fees due to their negligence in withdrawing more money than they were authorized for and screwing up my checking account. The customer service gals were very rude, except for the very first one I talked to. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never use this company again!
