Texaco/shell Gasoline Co
Will not refund overpayments

I accidently sent my last two Texaco/Chevron payments to Texaco/Shell. They cashed the checks even though I did not owe them any money and never contacted me. I became aware of the mistake when Texaco/Chevron notified me of nonpayment for the two previous months.

I contacted Texaco/Shell and told them of the mistake, I was asked to fax them the info and payment confirmation from my bank, which I did, but they have not sent me a refund, nor have they notified the other creditor of the mistake, nor have they sent a letter of explaination to the credit bureausas I had asked.

I have to question the integrety of a company that will not refund money to customers that have overpaid them. If I ever get my money back I will close this account forever.
