This company is taking 90-140 dollars out of my paycheck, who are they? Syracuse nationwide

I was searching for a payday loan when i was in financial trouble. I got turned down for the ones i applied for. Then all of a sudden mte financial deposited 300 dollars in my account. I did not know this untill they were takeing $140 out of my account for 4 weeks. I have been bouncing checks, and debit transactions throughout this whole time going hundreds of dallars in debt from insufficient fund and returned check fees. The best part is that i never authorized this loan. I never e-signed anything, i never heard from them approveing me, i never even applied for this loan. My bank could not get a hold of them on the phone or internet. They are looking into a fraud case against them, but in the meantime i am still getting deeper in debt from there deductions please help i am pissed off and broke
