Is making thousands off of low income familes

We have had our checking account at fifth third for a few years now. We made stupid mistakes in the beginning and some of the charges were taken off, but not until we were treated like children by them adding that they would not be able to do this again, so be careful. But things happened and it happen sometimes again, nothing major like we were trying to get some of their money. Geesh, I'm talking cents, maybe dollars. But they hit you evertime with their mouths salivating. It has to be fun for them to take like $33 for a little mistake like maybe. 50 cents or less. And then they changed there policy again and made it even tuffer for lower income families. Anything in the pending area would also count against you now.

So, it can get confusing, but I have kept on top of it. You have to if you dont have much money to work with and a $1800 mortgage. Then it got to were they sometimes wouldnt charge us for little things and then they would again. It just made no sense. I would email them and get a automated answers back, sometimes the same exact response from a different individual.

The last transaction that sent us over the edge was a shipment we made that we were told would be $5, well it ended up being around 12 or so. (yes, we do keep our account that low, its tuff) So they get us for $33 on that pending transaction that has not went threw yet and when it did we got it again. So, we are now in the hole big time. Our morgtage comes through, and it gets hit because the mortgage does through first and then the paycheck and they also took the remainder of the paycheck for there fees.

Now, we are getting $6 a day for everyday it is in the negative, even though I tell them I can not get it out of the red because we do not have the money to just give them for the outrageous fees. Sorry, we need to do things like cloth and feed our children. So what to do now, I don't know.
