Poor service!

Our boy visits American state university in Gunnison, Co and it has an extremely full-course weight/educational time. He'd been rooming having a buddy for all weeks in Crested Butte, subsequently shifted to become nearer to college. They'd activated to wire (under my boy's title) so when my son shifted out, his roommate expected him to depart the wire and he (roommate) could be accountable for spending the expenses. Lately my boy acquired many calls on his mobile phone requesting him to contact IM Options in Phoenix, Arizona. Every time my boy experimented with contact his phone was responded by an automatic program he could not work through. Nowadays, I've named the amount my boy was handed (623-931-5410) 3 times and invested 43 units on-hold hearing the welcome, informing me to enter the expansion easily understood it, or enter the title of the individual I had been attempting to achieve (clearly, I'd no idea) after which showing me (the automatic program) they'd link me to some consultant. This never occurred. I'm furious that they can bug my boy at college and never actually let me work through the automatic program to look after this issue.
