Cannot get on the above website!

Attempted many times to obtain about the $2500 Dillard's buying spree in the website described on my revenue slide, i.E.:

Www.dillards.com/shoppingspree

It got me to some website where I really could join enroll to be always a "survey-taker" to get $2500, although not attached to Dillard's. Another attempt got me to Dillard's website, but buying and nothing concerning the previously discussed buying spree. It appears like this can be a deceptive condition.
