Watch Out possible identity theft fraud

Received a call from "Ms. Zebnick"- difficult to understand as muffled speech. She stated she was filing an opinion in a town we moved from. I called her back to find out what was going on. She stated that I had opened an account under a business name which is not mine plus my business' name.

She gave me the wrong address (for 7 yrs), wrong post office box for 1 yr but linked both of them together.
She would not disclose any information, refused to state what company she was "collecting" for. Stated I owed $7000. When I requested her to send the information through the mail, gave her my mailing address; she refused and wanted to send a fax. I told her that we do not have a fax machine. She stated "you have a business and no fax" & told me I was lying. She called and harassed family members. She told me she could only send me the "opinion" that was being filed an no other paperwork. I told her that I wanted it sent to me as I have been the victim of ID thet 3 times. She refused again. I attempted to ask questions, she gave me general info that is on public record. I told her this, she wouldn't let me speak. She would raise her voice & talk over the top of me & requested that I not yell at her. I told her she needed to let me speak & find out what all of this is about. She refused & stated "okay, you can talk to a dial tone then. Never opened a credit card with the date she supplied or address. Look out!!! Looks like a scam.
