Avoid United Credit Adjusters At All Costs! Fraud! Liars! Thiefs!

It's been 3 months now that I've been waiting for a response on the status of my account. After calling well over a dozen times, speaking to several operators, leaving messages, and being promised a call back I'm finished with this company. I would like my money back in full. There were no services rendered. I constantly monitor my credit and nothing has changed or been removed. After becoming skeptical of UCA I did some research on credit repair companies. I found they are In violation of CROA. Privately owned companies must complete the credit repair first, and THEN bill for services rendered, as per The Federal Trade Commission.in title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, Stat. 164) in in section 404 (4) (b) it clearly states: (b) Payment in Advance.—No credit repair organization may charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the credit repair organization has agreed to perform for any consumer before such service is fully performed." After calling initially I was told I was wrong and to send in a letter of cancellation. They said they would refund me. They never did.in fact after my letter of cancellation was sent on September 6th I was charged an additional $124.00 on my checking account. This is robbery. After calling I was told I would be refunded and then put on hold for 1 hour with no response. I then called September 19th and someone picked up and said "today is a jewish holiday, sorry" and just hung up. I was promised refunds and calls back several times. A man told me I need to wait because there are other "stacks of paper ahead of mine" then I was told "be easy... Have a nice weekend"

When calling this company they will not even answer the phone for the most part. If you are calling to inquire about the status of an account know one will ever pick up. I've been told for over 4 months they are short on staff. But when calling the extension for people who are interesting in signing up for there fraudulent services someone is there to pick up by the 3rd ring.
