CCS is the ripoff business that doesn't give a dam

Well wrote this last year and thought it was over, but much to my surprise some took 3 payments of $49.00 and 1 payment of $99,00 out of my account on the 3rd of this month. After the money is out I receive a letter from CCS (on the third) that if I do not want the money taken out of my account I must contact them in WRITING before the first. THis does not compute. Get the letter on the third and contact them two days before I receive the letter. So I call them and get the twenty minutes on hold. THen I have to be adamant that I want to speak to a manager.

Then they will not give me a telephone number of someone that will talk to me like a customer instead of a problem. They then tell me that the money is non-refundable again. Just like last year. I sent letters last year and I guess that did no good. Now I'm out my grocery money and 200 to the negative in my account. How do you stop these people. Yes, I made a mistake in the frist place but do I have to keep paying for it? I cannot change my bank account. This is where all my bills are paid and changing my direct deposit is a nightmare in itself. THere has to be a way to get my money back and stop these people from scamming anyone else. HELP
