Unauthorized charges on bank account!

Our boy was imprisoned as well as in prison when he questioned me to confirm his banking account for him. I realized that there have been costs to his account from CIC Credit-Monitoring that seemed on his consideration. Regular costs of $9.95 plus one month CIC Credit Checking charged him $19.90.

It had been of a month after he was put into prison that costs from CIC Credit Monitoring seemed on his consideration and he doesn't understand where these are originating from.

I've approached the financial institution plus they have stated that they'll consider it.
