Is accusing users of fraud and tampering with scoring system then cancelling accounts

I have been a member of true credit for roughly 3 years, and rarely used the system. I recently started investing in realestate, and started using my true credit account on a daily basis updating my credit report daily to see my fico score to get the best intrest rates available.

After about a month I recieve an email from true credit to contact customer service as they said, your account has been suspended due to an access pattern which indicates potential fraud. So I was concerned someone was accessing my account, When I callrd true credit they said they would investigate the problem and I would recieve an email from them when the investigation was complete.

Here is the email I recieved from true credit:

You recently contacted our Customer Service department in regard to our notification that your TrueCredit membership and billing was being frozen due to excessive access to your account. As our customer service team communicated, our Compliance Department has reviewed your account in order to see if you qualified for reinstatement.

After a thorough investigation, it is our conclusion that your account should not be reinstated due to an access pattern which indicates potential fraud or a deliberate intent to tamper with the credit scoring system. Your access, billing and all account related email alerts have now permanently been terminated as a result.

While we regret any inconvenience this may cause you, it is our policy to protect the security and integrity of the credit reporting system.

I called true credit customer service about there false accusations and explained to them I was buying several homes and I am keeping a close eye on my report due to a difference of a few points on a fico score can cost you thousands of dollars in interest on a 30 year loan. She said the decision is final and find someplace else to monitor your credit.

I am sure glad I did not invest my money in this company, if I have money invested in this company I would pull out. You can't accuse people of fraud for using a service you advertise, A qoute from the true credit website as advertised:
