I recieved a phone call on line after I have been looking for gov. Grants to start a small business. I was told I qualify to recieve up to 31000 dollars. Two diffrent people talked to me saying this would be recorded for my safety and that i would have to give them my bank account number to have money drafted out of it for the fee of 359 dollars to prosses the paper work. RED light. I would never give someone my account number over the phone. I questioned them severly about this and was hung up on.
