Annoying phone calls, collected same debt over and ove

I had dealings with this company. They did not listen. I filed a report to my state attorney general's office, who sent them a cease and desist order.

I then found out that, calls are not even being made from USA, but from Pakistan. Our credit information has been sent ti=o third world countries. This why, although they ubderstand and speak English, they don't understand American and laws.

You do have to keep after these people and withe the fair credit reporting act and the attorney generals of your state. The companies that turn you in are who you have to go after. I know I did and I won.
