I have been paying on time the entire time I have had this loan and all they do is constantly apply the payments to the interest and not the principal, therefore my balance never goes down... I have even doubled up on some payments and still nothing. I have called them after making payments and have told them to apply the payment I just made to the principal, but this is to no avail. Sometimes you may get a representative who I believe has a conscious and will try to help, but ushually they seem to not really know how the money is being applied. I am nervous now because they have my banking information and I don't want to have to close out my acct. Because of these people. But I may need to go to extremes to protect myself even if it means them reporting me to the credit agencies, but I'm sure if they are shut down for improper business practices, that should not affect my credit for long. They need to be regulated or simply shut down... They have more than collected the $2500 I borrowed.in fact if you take the 217 that I pay every month a multiply it by 12 months, this loan is paid. Something needs to be done and soon!!!
