Overdraft charges on positive balance!

I've a merchant account around lender, that we've had for more than 5 years. This month, I'd costs on my consideration that remaining $32.44 after anything. Nevertheless the lender is informing me the method the machine works, I Have been billed $221.00 in facility costs, making me having a bad stability and susceptible to more costs till I get cash in to the consideration. I receive money monthly, and so Iam taking a look at many hundred bucks more of costs before I receive money again.

I Have tried calling the financial institution, however they do not appear to treatment. Is there something I will do?
