This compnay is very unprofessional and dishonest, right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, poor communication skills

Thie company is very unprofessional, dishonest. They have went up on my mortgage payments with no forwarning. They have lost my money orders, and penalize me for them loosing my money, after it was sent registed mail and they signed for them. The co. Was sent numerous copies of the money orders and green reciepts from the mail. This co. Never follow -up with phone calls, they never know what is going on with your account, and you get a different person everytime you call, even after requesting to speak with the so called supervisors. I would sell my sold to the devil, in order to get away from this co. Someone should really check-them out. They are ridiculous.
