Ocwen Trying to steal almost $11,000.00! Ripoff

The amazing scam artist's of Ocwen are trying, (They'll loose), to pump up a wide range of fee's and interest charges via a faulty computer program! I am 1.5 months behind on a Forbearance agreement, that, of course, works totally against me. The payments are $1200.00 per month. I just paid $300.00 to miantain my home owners insurance, which has never lapsed. Ocwen decided to place thier own insurance on my home at a cost of $3000.00, much of which is administrative fees! They have also charged me for setting up an escrow account without any communication with me whatsoever. I have over $40,000.00 in equity, and have my home listed with a prominent realtor at $15,000.00 below market value, and have had some lookers.

My plan is to get the house sold, place the money in an escrow account, and make these criminals settle on the real balance due, not thier inflated amount. I'll tie that cash up for as long as it takes. Who knows, according to Implode-O-Meter.com, Ocwen is living on the edge anyhow, and I may be able to end up dealing with a company that actually follows the law! I am amazed that this company has been awarded government contracts, and has been able to successfully steal millions from innocent people. I refuse to be one of them! I am hiring an attorney, and I am hoping to join any class action suite against these criminals that I am able!
