Liars, scammers, dont believe their website! Ripoff

If you want to file your bankruptcy online, DO NOT use this company! Not only is everything they say on their website deceiving (they make it sound like they are individuals who are processing your paperwork, they claim to have a 100% guarantee and to "hold your hand" through the process which is all a lie), but they do not even deliver what they promise. The documents I received had an obvious error in two spots, and they refused to fix it. They told me to just mark it out and change it myself.

On top of that, they actually encourage and advise you to COMMIT PERJURY! This is just beyond anything I have ever experienced, and I am SO upset that we wasted our money on this. I had to redo the paperwork and now risk having our case dismissed because of their negligence.

I am guessing they are not even from this country since the english in the responses you get (if you actually get one from a question -that is an entirely different complaint) is not correct and there are typos and grammatical errors all over their site once you are logged on as a user.

To address the issue of getting a question answered, you have to go through a canned list of subjects, and if the question you have is not listed, you cannot email them. If your question falls into one of their canned categories, you get a canned response. HINT: If you have already paid your money to these thieves and are just trying to get your paperwork, click on the categories that have to do with technical issues and not being able to download your paperwork correctly. I actually finally got through that way.

I wish there was a way to file to get a refund, but there isn't that I can find - they have NO listed contact info to see where they are even located. I am going to go through the DNS reporting to try and find out, but I won't hold my breath.
