ATM Machines At: hope an attorney contacts me... Class action law suit Ripoff

To get to the point... The ATM machine at the Reservation charges $2 to do a balance inquiry without asking! As soon as any screen came up requesting money (they asked for $2.?? For a withdrawal) I cancelled the transaction but I was charged for the previous balalnce inquiry but was never asked to approve such charges!

I dont' trust the feds to investigate this any further than I can throw them but I you have the contact details to file with the appropriate federal authorities please forward them to me.
