Bmw finance keep lieing on financing and able to change all secret code, people have no idea what they could do any innocence people or company ripoff

We had spent few hundred thousand dollars to BMW since 2001. We never get appreciated but we are kind of victim by some arrogant employees of this service center.in addition, We had one car BMW 745i paid $10,000 down payment base on 36 month lease terms.

We paid 27 payments but account still shows past due. Sometimes, we made 02 payments like $2000 and it had recorded by BMW also in our bank statement. Recently, We had an argument with some employees because she unable to explain why account is past due why 08 payments is still due?

In midnight, some toying company came and picked up this car We never reeived anything in writing or message. We refused to take it back later because they did this Stealing intentionally. After a few days Second car X3 shows 02 payment past due, we are unable to make any payment through Internet rather had seen some message in red color! I sent an email message to the customer service after that everything was fine and able to made 14th payment of X3.

By the way, we have this car for only 12 month but still past due? I can't take it any more today dropped this car to my friends parking lot and made a purchased of used car. We do not want to see any more surprises at night or day light from BMW finance. Our Corporate attorney advised us to file a lawsuit immediately.
What is the message?

A lot of inconsistency in BMW finance. They think they are the best but unfortunately, this the time they are going to fall. I personally do advice all readeres that think few times to get involved in BMW finance. You might be the next victim.
