What a ripoff they took $2600 two years ago and done absolutely nothing to solve my tax problems with the IRS

I hired J K Harris & Co. (Tax Consultants) over two years ago to solve my tax problems with IRS. I paid them $2600 to solve this problem, and in all this time they have only contacted me only 2 or 3 times with the same questions, and I still don't get any results.

In the mean time my tax bill with interest keeps going up. I was told in the beginning they would compromise with them to lower my obligation. They have never explained to me why I owe any taxes.

I have read several complaints about this company regarding no communication with the clients, and nothing being resolved.

They certainly didn't have trouble taking my money. I have contacted them asking for a refund, but I haven't heard anything.
