Loaned me money when I was in desparate need and with my credit knew I could not pay

A year ago I was in desparate need of borrowing some money. My credit was already shot and I had no place to turn. While watching TV I saw a commercial for Cash Call. I hesitated for several days then called. With my credit history I should have never been approved. Once I was approved that is when they told me that the interest rate was going to be 99 percent. I was already too far into this and need the money now more than I have ever before. They took the first payment out, with which I did not even have, eventually my bank account was closed. They started sending me letters and calling my home and work. I didnt know what to do. So I just let it go. Now they are garnishing my paycheck at about 300 dollars per month. I now do not have the money to pay my rent, utilities, car payment and my insurance is about to expire. Because of their easy credit I am now about to lose everything that I have worked for in life. I am currently trying to go to court to have the garnish exempt. I dont know how that is going to go. They need to be stopped. This company is giving loans to people that they know cannot pay then go after them with garnishments. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
