Rate Advisor
They are a mortgage lead company and told me they had changed their proceedures to assure better leads. I subscribed to them once before and they have not changed anything, they are the only one making money off of people like me Ripoff

Business & Finance

I previously subscribed to Rate Advisor and paid them 699.00. I did not renew my subscription because their leads were no good. Recently in July I received another e-mail from them stating how they had improved their service and now was only charging 599. They would send you leads until you used up your 599. I called and spoke with Adam Curtis who told me he would reduce my fee to 499. And give me an additional 7 leads free. I had one day in which to accept his offer. He assured me that they had better quality control over the leads they were receiving. So once again I was sucked into to believing their sales pitch and signed up again only to have them charge my credit card for 499. Yes they have sent me leads but once again none of the leads are good. Most have wrong phone numbers or e-mail addresses. I have contacted them by e-mail and phone calls with no response from them. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau in Boulder Colorado and they said they had a previous complaint and tried to contact them but they would not reply to them either. What type of operation is this? Perhaps they will reply to you with a rebuttal if you try to contact them. I want my contract cancelled and my credit card credited back.
