This company also promised me a Mastercard, even though I was in the middle of a bankruptcy. They also stated to me that since I was a student, I could have a $2500 limit.
I asked for the corporate offices location and they told me the call center is in Arizona and the corporate was in Utah. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was in Florida!
They also gathered all of my account information and took money from my checking account. I was told that I should receive this on the 12th of August and received a tracking number of 1300052.
The only reason I found out about this is because I have been trying to call them for 3 weeks... Always an automated machine saying they are closed or busy, well today when I called it said that "Business operations have been temporarily suspended"
Was anyone else told that you financial institution would have a copy of the terms and conditions? I called my credit union today and they have no damn clue. They said it may be best to close my account and open a new one. That is one way to stop these SWINDLERS!!!
