Ripoff ever private crap card

The other day this so called company took $54.95 from my account. I never authorised them to do so. I have called the customer servise number and they keep telling me the will email me a responce but they dont. I have filled a police report so that my bank will give me my money back. I hope this does not happen to you but if so nail those basterds to the wall.
