Card theft, security dept., interest rate scam, negligience, credit card scam Ripoff

1) 30 % credit card interest rate. I generally pay full balance monthly. Maybe I was one day late 2x, except for lately because I'm planning on cancelling my accounts due to the aforementioned and for #2. Here's the deal: When I check my credit card balance everything is filled in EXCEPT "next payment due." Now the penalty is $39.00 up from $30.00.

2) Had a home attendant to whom I entrusted my debit/ATM PIN for grocery shopping. Over a period of 7-10 days she helped herself to $3500, mostly $100 dollars at a time, going from bodega to bodega to bodega. There were roughly 32 hits. I hear about banks contacting customers re suspicious activity. Not these guys. Why on earth would I go to dozens of non-bank ATM's to withdraw 100 bucks at a time when I could just go to my bank down the street?"She said you told her to." (Eye roll) HSBC security went on to tell me they wouldn't give me my money back until she was arrested (she was) then not until she was ordered to pay restitution (she was.) I'm still waiting and she has a warrant on her.

What is my recourse. This is morally criminal at least.
