Salute Visa a total scam Ripoff

Salute Visa is a total scam! I would not reply to anything they send you. The customer Service is no help at all. They opened an account for me, never sent me a card or anything. I now have two accounts open with them that they will not let me access or even send cards to me. Don't get involved with them for anything.
