ASG - Account Solutions Group
Rude - not willing to help if they don't get money

#1 - I am not disputing I owe money
#2 - I am adding the creditor to my consumer repayment plan
#3 - Said ASG calls me of which I inform the caller of #2
#4 - Said ASG representative gets rude, condescending with me saying that Capital One will not stop any interest or late fees.
#5 - I inform caller that is a lie because I have other Capital One older account with #2 and is doing just fine with no accrude interest or late fees
#5 - When caller is informed of #4 they go on a tirade (because that jeopardizes his ability to collect)

This is a rude and condescending company. They threatened legal action and when called back, then deny saying that.

This is a disreputable company preying on people's lack of knowledge.
